Last tuesday had a convo with mummy about death.
The convo started up as the main page news about the tragedy at the cemaron highland that killed 22 people? mummy said now everywhere is so dangerous... mummy turn on silent mode when i talked...
i told her... is faithed if god faith you to die that way either way you just have to go.
you wouldnt know what god had actually plan for you. Even if you are lucky could avoid that horrible tragedy soon later maybe not now or later death will eventually come and find you. You even can die out suden in your on house. If you are actually trying to stay safe.

Lately wasnt feeling myself... what i just feel just something that is hard to describe by words. Even im feeling it but still is hard for me to explain it is suffered. acting like nothing happen infront of people but deep inside i feel like train wreck. but im still greatful i got my brother who actually a person where there NO secrets. i could tell him from A-Z he told me you can cry just cry... let everything out... he know what im actually in right now... well im on sem break now! enjoying it to the max coz im doin what i LOVE the most GYM!!!!!!!!

ignore the boring life i had during college time... BORED! to the max!

so hating it...

just start it with last saturday!04/08/10 yeah! so lovin last saturday had fun during launching for the new release!mega launch held at midvalley was whoa! packed!!! but i only manage to join Body Combat nvm still had fun to the max =) after B.Combat we held gathering among wangsa gym member 20 of us!!! we had our dinner at one of the chicken rice shop as other restaurant we select are full such as delicious,nando's etc etc... dont look down at the chicken rice it cost RM501.05 after that we went to starbuck to chill! the night end at 11pm.

Sunday 05/08/10 went to 1U for RPM new release =] it was nice except the last 2 track doesnt suit me but it was ok! had fun and great exercise! other then im dehydrating hahaha after work out had dinner with daddy at Dave's pizza the food is nice! nyum~! and the drink start with H end with N was awesome!!! hahax thx daddy for the well~ PRICY dinner! hugs =)

life? well pack (lazy) xP damn just realise been forcing myself to the gym.. like 6 days S.T.R.A.I.G.H.T in 2 weeks i donnoe how much longer i could put up with college classess + assignment + with gym... i think i went crazy over gym... my brother told me that i am super duper into gym i bet there are pple who SUPERB duper into gym more then me lolx...

specking of today (yesterday) 19th JUNE 2010 i went to subang for the mega launch new relase for lesmills programmes cool song for the new release =D but it was tough after RPM and Combat i could feel i start to walk like crab XD to tell the truth i miss the 1st class (RPM) i got lost sumwhere in subang jaya i was late for RPM new realese like for 30min sorry DADDY!!! but hey! i i did went for ur 3PM RPM let you torture you should be happie with it right? =Pafter 15min RPM class ended i went for 2nd class COMBAT!!!! but is was cool BURN BURN BURN all THOSE FAT! =)

after combat had a quicky shower then went for "light" food with daddy melvin chated for like almost an hour went to find my fren walk around the mall then back home...

lets recall what happen during sembreak...
i practically change my life since last 2 months i think...
compare to the last year me... it was like class bed eat poo pee [repeat that over and over again]
but dis year...
well last sembreak i spend most of my time at the gym...
my routine
MONDAY : RPM (sometimes)
TUESDAY: Body pump , cycling and RPM
WEDNESDAY:RPM(sometimes)
THURSDAY: RPM and Body pump
FRIDAY: RPM
SATURDAY: STEP and CYCLING(sometimes)
SUNDAY:Body Combat and Body pump
all this routine making my body aching i mean my back but the pain kinda disappear once i at gym after those classes it came back! ouch ... [NOTE: when u see me dont hit my back i seriously whack ur head off]

one of my National service friend asked me CANT u just take a break from gym???
well i could take a break by currently i kinda having a financial issue... only gym is my entertainment look at it... i just pay for the parking maximum RM4 i sweat i burn [i kinda save alot there rather then goin out to shop...] i really need to save i seriously need the stuff my cardio watch POLAR crap dat cost alot for me as a student RM400 my cardio glove RM60 some new outfit and NEW training shoe since im at gym practically everyday my shoe kinda SOAKING wet it smell i need atleast 2 pair so i can let say wash it or let it under the sun to kill the SMELL< ----[ dats for gym] [the thing i want]----> instant fujifilm camera adidas stan smith mid is alot saving i need... sobs...

hey hey PEEPS!!! im back... =)

just a quicky updated....

last week i had a great week! went to HONG KONG! yeah! it is a tiring trip... the 4hours flight make me so miserable.. i cant seat that long was pulling my hair wishing it to reach ASAP!!!! it sooo boring! cant sleep hardly walk here and there which is freaking bored for me!!! okok enuff all the braging~ hong kong was nice! spend 4 days there.. and i spend alot hahax the price in HK is cheaper than malaysia! mum bought me new gym bag whoa! i save RM80 for that bag! is way cheaper and mum bought me SIDI MTB cycling shoe i bought low end sidi shoe well.. i dont mind or really care~ im not a heavy user after all minimum 5 RPM class per week so well no big deal~OHHH!!!! Disneyland was GREAT it is superb big!!! is like 2 and half bigger than my college yeah~ u guy imagine walk the whole place for the whole day end of the day my leg is so breaking into two! hahax.. but well overall the trip was nice!

i FINALLY can be consider a DIPLOMA graduate i finish my last lecture for my diploma last friday mean yesterday 09/04/10 im now relaxing at home i dont have any exam paper for my final i cleared all my resit paper??? nah i NEVER have resit paper.. =P just repeat subject X)P but it long ago vanish from my life ^^ 2 years waooo that seriously a blink and 2 years i was 18 i was WAS a freshmen i was new to the college but now it just a WAS so fast soon just a blink i will be finishing my advance diploma a years and 8months 4 months shorter than my diploma years all i know is i met alot of people i found alot buddies which i could be with hearts =) hurm... small part of me kinda felt scare... still clueless on wat am'i aiming for.. i like more to gyming now.. but i trust myself i can still find back the feel that i use to have the feeling of a designers! i know i could find it i trust myself =)

friends pal buddies just remember WE was a D4 we been through alot.. happy sadness mad anger everything together... 2 years is not long is not short is just a moment a moment we shall remember =)

bad luck like seem to be following around lately =( grand aunt passed away which i didnt get to see her past CNY... then last Thursday had supper with daddy and yen didnt realise my car had been break in reach home realise my shoe gone i thought i left it at gym but impossible i remember i dump it insde the car with the super big gym bag how come i left it dont bother then next morning my mummy told me your car let people break in nowonder my gym shoe is missing =( 2 days use Rm600 to FIX and buy everything currently in LOw financial everything like out of budget...

stab wound and wounded.. hurt pain and sick
current feeling now really like crap all i can say is really bad bad extremely bad week for me..
just wouldnt want to elobarate on it much just rough outline basically only my closest Friend noe about it..

on Wednesday while driving home it seems like every single ladies driver like wanna bang my car 1st was at metroview a lady drive reverse without lo0king at all and 2nd lady drive with perdana suddenly swing her car to my lane out of suden wat the hell happen???
Wednesday Night i stay up all night doing assignment which at the end rejected, rejected is not the worst part is the process while doing assignment vomiting coughing flu and my throat are killing me well is because my body to hot previous day which causing my already "sore" throat get worse and the cough came along to0 ==
since previous day was a SLEEPLESS night + sick night i forcing myself go to college felt the whole body like just wanna drop and cry coz beside being weak on that day well i know something-just secret be it self- what i know is hurt just like sharp thing just stab into the part which is invisible from outer part (heart) what i know i numb i donnoe what i feel now i really dont just keep pushing myself even im sick. i went gym do RPM and body pump felt my head like being bang slightly pain and dizzy half way RPM just be tough just hold on... finish RPM still think should or can i continue with body head feel like crap cant even see clear sometimes at the end i went for body pump din do much coz the whole body kinda hurt best part the whole thing was supper time had supper with mich melvin and andrew took my mind off for awhile =)
Friday was another crap day with the passport department i was at there like working hours == from 9-5pm mum drove me there i just couldnt drive that time..still sleepy becoz of cough mixture and coughing like shit while Q-ing felt like wanna fall 1 hour of Q-ing ya tink? but i bear it thru! with 4 hours sleep i manage get myself thru the day of 8 hours waiting and GYM! today RPM was well fo0ling around me ,mich n kelvin lolx totally nut case we were like turning each other gear shouting singing RPM combat lolx.. cycling while doin combat punch lolx.. that was the time i forget everyting is true happie tings dont last long all the reality just snap back into me find my friend for YC just talk im happie i have my bestest best friend support me holding me thru...

i rather get skinned knee than a wounded heart because skinned knee is bearable than wounded heart atleast you could see it get better each day...

last"early in the morning was so suffer i use the whole box of tissue and i vomit like twice the third vomit nothing came out just phlegm.. seriously i get worse after the "over heated" myself on Tuesday should have know myself im already sick yet i don bother bout it so i deserve to suffer like that is all my own fault to be slightly down i felt like nobody care at 1st but well yea later that day i noe my best fren jeff care my bro my fren mich eves melvin my cousin elia.. thx =) and peeps you noe wat last night i totally gave up on my assignment after the 2nd or 3rd vomit.. is like 6.30AM seriously by that time i din go to bed im sure will faint sleep like for 2 hours seriously i not so proud of it i nvr gave up my assignment i been thru 3days without sleeping one night is just ntg but well myb i just cant bear the suffer..

lately there are alot things happen sometimes i donnoe why i felt like i dont really understand me myself and i easily get mad and piss i noe it is not me is hard to control sometimes i donnoe why i even get mad on simple things :'( my bad~ plus im easily get tired sometimes i felt i just woke up like few hours and the whole body felt like i been working for 10 hours sometimes i wish i could just drop but i noe i couldnt i need stand strong push myself hard! cant always laid back there so much things to be done and achieve.. people say they miss their childho0d life coz theres nothing to worry about yea is true apart from not worry anything is fun but other than that theres nothing for me to lo0k back i like the way it is now. felt my life now is more colorful.

but im still appriciate my present i meet alot great people recently meet a guy and a girl well they are great lolx that guy kinda actually always make me laugh and smile actually this guy i meet 3months ago lolx wat i noe he like bully me wat i mean in a go0d way like making me wonder == especially when he told me he know what i did the whole day aih~ badbad _._._._._._._ XD than the girl donnoe im with her i can be whacky lolx.. we sometimes tink the same and she like whack my Butt *shake shake* XD i realise i found my center"peace" the place aint that peace hahax.. i like to be in GYM! in gym i dont feel so stress up but to bad not that "alot" of frens coz most of them can consider way way~~~ older than me hey! im lucky to have the people i mention above! they are NUTS! which injured during gym because of "someone"scare me while running on the treadmill..
so i went to see doctor..
at tung shin hospital.
found out that i may have torn my meniscus,

if the knee still hurt than i might need surgery which would cost me round 7K?
yea.. 7k for surgery and MRI scan cost me about 900...

so0 we went to block V for the last class of the day

then me nowhere to go~ went to jeffrey hse lepak there then help him finish hes last touch up of layout assgemnt..then 4.45pm we are out to tbr do printing...

reach colege around 5.15pm do mounting then still have lot of time remain wat to do lepak lor go club hse buy tings since most of us wan drinks..

started class at 6.30 mr.razif talk bout our new asgment then we are of! wuuhhuuu!!!! class off early leh keke then dinner at lrt station there..

12-2 very == class nothing much can do == haiz sien-ing till 2 lor then 2 hours went to carrefour survey tings for asssgment back at colege early for 20min so0 seat at lec hall getting ready place for sleep keke...drawing2 sleepy lec~ but dis time it was annoying lec omg beh tahan with the microphone sound~~~WAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! then after dat drawing2 lec it was layout lec which i kind like it coz its short n simple hehe.... so0 to pasar malam lor!!!!! with derek b4 dat send jeffrey n tengteng home... after dat sri rampai here i come keke...

spend at pasar malam till my purse b0h liao~~ wuuuwwuuu~~~ really ntg inside liao~ round bout 1hour 30min back home send derek then home lor tired~~~

3 july friday which was yesterday had lec at 10am then 2 hours later lec end~ when to jj kfc to have lunch chat there for like 1 hour++ then b4 leave jj j0hn called derek class cancel~~~

wat to do??? go pavilion lor... keke went to metro fetch jeffrey then send tengteng n maiseah to tbr to buy sum tings~ then straight to pavi! was sleepy time to drive leh~~~

haiz reach pavi around 3?? cant remember~ then walk2 lor like no direction~ when pull n bear but ntg attract my eyes~ when to dorothy perkins also ntg except 1 short jeans but still consider buying it or not...

haiz...then when to nichii buy lor bought to cloth keke... finally~ then fei snail n vyn meet me up at nichii... vyn follow me walk round pavi dat pata kitty n snail... go paktoh keke... XD

walk round to find lynn n derek purse/wallet lynn manage to find 1 but sadly derek not~ haiz... went back early coz jeffrey not feeling well =( fever last nite haiz... deng! i forgot 5.30 is peek hour pple finish work! i stuck in jam~waaa!!!!

all sleeping omg~~~ sien haiz... when almost reach sentul jeff woke up not feeling well haiz...while driving i ask him wan see doc??? but he still consedering~ finally he went =) keke i kinda force him keke...(told him b4 while hes at ipoh if by the time u back kl haven recover i sure drive u straight to klinik) guess i keep my word! keke brought him to my hse area klinik which is i see it since i was in primary scho0l.

so0 went in... doc say he have fever n very red throat haiz... i ask the doc wether he could get an injection keke.. coz he told us (me n derek) he wan injection finally he to0k it at hes BUTT! keke..

which numb for 2 hours~ wahaha...

after the injection like 30min he feel ok better~ while driving to colaclub...

went to gk colaclub we like the place there =) plannning to go there again...

chit chated for almost 2 hours i tink...then when mali conner da bao for dad then send all the guy home... finally reach home at 10pm! tired~~~

oh! important events... bell burfday which kinda "old" event coz i happen almost a month ago kekex...

then nothing much happen after dat...so0 i guess i straight forward to dis week...

monday: class as usual bored like hell...(so noneed detail)

tuesday: okok la... sien when 5 hours break... 1st rite after drawing class went to tbr n had our "so called lunch" then drive jeff go desa bought hes phone..with derek jeff new phone

then after bought jeff phone i drive to public bank pay my repeat subject jeff n derek stay inside the car jeff to0k over the driver seat kekex... so0 gud... then i forgot around wat time i finish pay my fees at public coz it takes to0 l0ng for a few pple to settle colege bill...haiz..then jeff drive go derek hse^^reach there the "gang" bz doing typo assgemnt but then still watch ghost movie at derek hse but in the middle of the show i doze off liao sleepy~~~ngamngam wake up at the end of the movie kekex... damn the clock move like 20km/h so0 slow... haiz...then the time strike 5.45pm back to colege then guess wat jeff drive again lolx... lately lazy drive leh sumore he also wan drive so0 nvm la^^kekex...here come the layout class ok la..teacher is quite funny...class finish early!around 7 end liao waa... so0 gud^^ kekex...

so0 here come wednesday:2nd year time table no class but yet i still have go colege for my repeat sub sien la!!!!wei!!!!!!!! omg! but nvm la shuentong fei are there haiz but dis wednesday was diffrent coz we all got plan at 10am s.tong wait for me at lrt terminal n fei will meet me there to0..come gombak lepak-ing la..yc^^ till 11.40am we go find coconut for drawing class...haiz funny coconut omg~~~ haiz...go lec at 12 then finish 45min early as usuall like last week we go lepak at MU mc'd drinkdrink and drink~~~then back colege lor continue class till 4 then back home...

thursday:morning class la!!! 8am omg~~ i woke up at 7.30 but then i wash my face then go sleep again for 10min lolx.. WEIRD~~~ reach colege at 8.30am walao wei... late omg~~~ the 2hours english class is suffering~~~~beh tahan~then layout class for 1 hour...haiz..after layout we all chasing time like hell to complited the typo assgment coz timetable sudenly change leh...haiz...typo class started at 12 haiz..till 2 then...rest for 2 hours.. nowhere to go j0hn decide go eat pizza .. but then i last minute sugest go station 1 lolx nvr noe all will come kekex..at 3++ finish lor all go separate way i drive to tapperwear shop at wangsa coz tt wan buy a bottle for her bf waa so0 gud^^ kekex..then clock strike 4 back colege lor attent class till 7? after lec fei call me wan go pasar malam or not the mah go lor since ntg to do...pasar malam-ing till 8++ i bought a necklace (i like star necklace coz it go special meaning star represent hope it just like when i wear it just like caring a hope with me^^ )after dat i back home with mo0dy face mo0d swing like pendulum again~ haiz..

but friday im back to normal keke

friday:im late again!!! omg!!! wake 30min b4 lec start haiz..... bad bad teera~lolx..nvm la got pple let then me hehe...jeffrey arr next time don 4get lec time leh ..lec finish at 1150am donnoe go where j0hn wan go tbr eat me n jeffrey donwan to hot liao no parking leh~~~ and then jeffrey decide go steven eat nvm lor since he drive again keke... go back colege fetch lynn then steven lor till 3? after lunch-ing go MIA buy sum stuff for art haiz money out again sadsad~~~ back to colege for adv class sien~~~ was day dreaming sudenly bro text me hes futsal practise cancel liao so0 he can meet me catch up sumtings story blablabla all...so0 we went to cola club boleh2 la the fo0d i don mind since bro treat me hehe..bro remember arr my bday we go tenji wahahaha... since u were tinking tukar car from kembara to rush??i bet u don mind treat ur lil sis for tenji m'i rite kekex.. so0 after cola club im back home tired~~~~

saturday: waaaaaa.....scare la~~~ went to tong shin hospital for my xray actually but then doc say its ok noneed do xray waa lucky if not alot money out again... doc low check on my knee n backbone well he say i have a scratches knee cap nothing serious but damn~~ when he check on my backbone... O.o i have a swell backbone omg ~~how cum a bone can swell de la??? then i will be on medication for few months haiz... doc give me a pain killer tablet n sum tablet to restore back the"tak betul" tings.. haiz... sobsbobs~~ cost my mom rm 150 haiz..

my past week...
sunday!
as u noe was mother's day...
and my dad burfday..
sunday went outing with parent its been long since dat happen...
while walking around klcc spoted a bag at converse..
dad promise buy it for me b4 new sem start
